Who we are

This website, ebooks.olgashmatova.com, is operated by individual entrepreneur OLGA SHMATOVA (identification number 306549900), 3 Aleqsandre Aladashvilis Qucha, Tbilisi 0103, Georgia (the "Seller", "we"). Contact: hello@olgashmatova.com.

What we sell

We sell digital products only: electronic books (e-books) in EPUB format, written by Olga Shmatova. Each e-book is a single file delivered as a download. The product page states what each purchase includes. No physical goods are sold, included or shipped.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown on the product page in US dollars and exclude tax. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated by Paddle at checkout. Paddle does not accept cards issued in countries under its restrictions, including Russia and Belarus.

Delivery

Right after a successful payment we send an email to the address used for payment with a personal download link. The link works for 30 days and for up to 5 downloads. If the link has expired, has been used up, or the email did not arrive, write to hello@olgashmatova.com from the email address used for payment and we will send a new link.

License

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read the e-book on your own devices and to print the practice files linked from it for your own use. The e-book, its practice files and all images are © Olga Shmatova and may not be copied, shared, resold or published, in whole or in part.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after its effective date.
