Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Purchases. Payment is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your email address, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive your email address and order details to deliver the e-book and answer support requests. We never see your full card number.
- Download link. To send you the download link and let you download the file, we keep your email address, the order number and the download count on our own server.
- Contact. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser) for security. This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising pixels.
What we do not do
- We never sell or rent your information.
- We do not send marketing email.

You can ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@olgashmatova.com.
