Refund Policy

Our products are digital books delivered as a download. Orders are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued by Paddle.

When we refund

• The file cannot be downloaded or does not open in a standard EPUB reader, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same book.
• You changed your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the book.

How to request a refund

Write to hello@olgashmatova.com from the email address used for payment, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net with your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
